  • All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Customized or made-to-order products may take 7–15 business days, depending on the design and production timeline.

3. Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders (within India): Delivered within 5–8 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: Delivered within 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping: Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above [Insert Amount]. For orders below this, a nominal shipping fee will apply.

  • International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.
