Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

At House of Jamoti, every product is crafted with care and attention to detail. As a boutique brand, most of our pieces are made to order or customized, and therefore we follow a strict no-refund policy. Please read the terms below carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer care team.

Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
2. Returns

We follow a No Return Policy.

If you’d like us to arrange the reverse pickup for your order, a nominal fee of ₹300 will be applicable.

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photographs as proof.

Once verified by our team, we will arrange for a replacement or provide store credit (valid for future purchases).

No monetary refunds will be issued.

Please note that international orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size-related issues on selected products.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Customers must ship the product back to us at their own cost. Once inspected, we will dispatch the replacement size.

Only one exchange per order is permitted.

5. Important Notes

We do not offer cash or bank refunds under any circumstances.

Replacements or store credits will be processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our quality team.

All decisions regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges will be at the discretion of House of Jamoti.
