Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

At House of Jamoti, every product is crafted with care and attention to detail. As a boutique brand, most of our pieces are made to order or customized, and therefore we follow a strict no-refund policy. Please read the terms below carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer care team.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. Returns

  • We follow a No Return Policy.

  • If you’d like us to arrange the reverse pickup for your order, a nominal fee of ₹300 will be applicable.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photographs as proof.

  • Once verified by our team, we will arrange for a replacement or provide store credit (valid for future purchases).

  • No monetary refunds will be issued.

  • Please note that international orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

3. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size-related issues on selected products.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Customers must ship the product back to us at their own cost. Once inspected, we will dispatch the replacement size.

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customised or made-to-order garments

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions

  • Accessories and jewellery

  • Gift cards

5. Important Notes

  • We do not offer cash or bank refunds under any circumstances.

  • Replacements or store credits will be processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our quality team.

  • All decisions regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges will be at the discretion of House of Jamoti.
